    Account: name, email, language. Business: company number, address, VAT number, IBAN. Use: sign-ins, approvals and the log. Scan: company number, email and a hash of your IP address. Payment: through Stripe; we never see a card number.

  3. Purpose and legal basis

    Providing the service (contract). Invoicing and bookkeeping (legal obligation). Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest). Delivering a scan result (your request).

  4. Data on your customers and staff

    For that data you are the controller and we are the processor. See the data processing agreement.

  5. Retention

    Account: while the subscription runs, plus 30 days. Invoices: 7 years. Scan: 12 months. [To confirm]

  6. Recipients

    The subprocessors on the list, and nobody else.

  7. Outside the EU

    Anthropic processes documents in the United States. [Safeguard to confirm]
